food. Food also is another factor that leads to gain weight or to loose it, because
as much the food contains calories as soon as fast you gain weight. The
majority of people who want to gain weight are not aware about there food,
because they think eating a huge quantity of food will make them to gain weight fast. But this is not a good idea.
Food
is not measured by its quantity; rather it is measured by its quality. For
example eating few amount of meat is better than eating huge amount of rice,
because meat especially the red one contains higher calories more than rice.

as a result your appetite could be closed for a couple days. So the simplest
way to gain weight is to avoid this bad behavior.
Some people don’t have problems, they eat
eagerly and they eat food that contains higher calories, but they can’t gain
weigh. Why?

issue is due to luck of minerals in their bodies; these minerals are Iron,
Calcium, Phosphor and other minerals that are important to build the body.
